Sponsored content policy

At launch, thammajaree.com carries no sponsored articles, no paid placements and no affiliate links of any kind. The retreat guides name institutions factually and receive nothing for naming them, in either direction. This page exists because the notebook prefers its rules stated before they are needed, not after.

The rules, if that ever changes

Any sponsored material, if the desk ever accepts one, will be marked as sponsored at the top of the page in plain words, not in a footer; any link inside it will carry the sponsored relationship marking; and it will be excluded from the feed and the dated register that readers use to follow the notebook. Sponsored pages will never sit inside the six sections, because the sections are editorial ground and the rule on the editorial policy page is that advice and payment do not mix. Every placement will be entered in a public register held at this address, with the page, the advertiser and the dates.

What the desk will not accept

Placement inside articles, unmarked links, and any material presenting itself as the desk’s own notes are all refused in advance. Enquiries go through the contact page, with the word sponsorship in the subject line, and are read under these rules. The notebook’s independence is its only asset; these clauses are how it stays that way.
